Teslimat için ne kadar ücret ödenir?

İnternet mağazamızdan yapacağınız Alışverişlerde kargo ücreti gönderim yapacağınız ülkeye göre değişmektedir. Kargo ücret bilgisini sepetinizde görebilirsiniz.

Kargom ne zaman ulaşır?

Adrese teslimat seçeneğinde siparişiniz kargoya verildikten sonra anlaşmalı kargo aracılığıyla 1-3 iş günü içerisinde adresinize, teslim edilir. Yurtdışı gönderilerinde bu süre kargo firması ve gümrük yoğunluklarına göre değişmektedir.

Mobil bölgelerde teslimatların biraz daha uzun sürebileceğini lütfen dikkate alınız. Resmi tatil ve bayram dönemlerinde kargo firmaları çalışmadığı için teslimatınız ilk iş günü içerisinde yapılacaktır.

Kargomu nasıl takip edebilirim?

Siparişiniz kargoya verildiğinde size bilgilendirme amaçlı e-mail göndereceğiz. E-mailin içerisindeki kargo takip linkini tıklayarak kargonuzu takip edebilirsiniz.

Üyelik hesabınızla verdiğiniz siparişlerinizde hesabınıza giriş yapıp ilgili siparişin kargo takip linkini tıklayarak kargonuzu takip edebilirsiniz.

Fatura adresimden farklı bir adrese ürün teslim edebilir misiniz?

Siparişinizi verirken farklı bir teslimat adresi belirtebilirsiniz. Siparişinizin teslim edilmesi için belirleyeceğiniz adres, ev adresi, iş adresiniz ya da bir arkadaşınızın adresi olabilir. Teslimatınızın doğru ve kolay yapılabilmesi için adres bilgilerinizi (adres, sokak, mahalle, cadde) eksiksiz doldurmanız gerekmektedir.

Teslimatınızın doğru ve kolay yapılabilmesi için adres bilgilerinizi (adres, sokak, mahalle, cadde) eksiksiz doldurmanız gerekmektedir. Hangi günlerde teslimat yapılır?

Teslimatlar çalışma günleri dahilinde hafta içi yapılmaktadır. Resmi tatillerde ve hafta sonlarında teslimat yapılamamaktadır.

Teslimat sırasında evde yoksam başkası paketimi alabilir mi?

Adrese teslimat seçeneğimizde paketiniz size ve yalnızca birinci dereceden yakınlarınıza teslim edilebilir. Kimlik ibrazı istenecektir ve soyadı tutarlılığı gerekmektedir. Teslimat adresinde paketinizi alan kişinin imzası istenecektir. Eğer adreste kimse yoksa kurye tekrar size ulaşmayı deneyecektir. Paketinizi almanız ya da yeniden bir teslimat tarihi belirlenmesi için bir kart bırakabilir. Şubeye geri getirilen kargolar 3 iş günü içerisinde teslim alınmalıdır. Aksi takdirde göndericinin bilgisi dahilinde kargo çıkış şubesine iade edilir.

How much is the delivery fee?

When will I receive my package?

For deliveries to the address option, your order will be delivered to your address within 1-3 business days through our contracted courier after it is shipped. The duration may vary for international shipments depending on the courier company and customs congestion.

Please note that delivery to mobile areas may take a little longer. During official holidays and festive periods, delivery will be made on the first working day as courier companies do not operate.

How can I track my package?

We will send you an email for notification when your order is shipped. You can track your package by clicking on the shipping tracking link in the email.

If you placed your order with your membership account, you can log in to your account and click on the shipping tracking link of the relevant order to track your package.

Can you deliver the product to a different address than my billing address?

You can specify a different delivery address when placing your order. The address you specify for the delivery of your order can be your home address, work address, or a friend’s address. To ensure accurate and easy delivery, you need to provide complete address information (address, street, neighborhood, avenue).

Which courier company will my package be sent with?

For deliveries to the address option, your orders are delivered through Sürat Kargo.

On which days are deliveries made?

Deliveries are made on working days, including weekdays. Deliveries cannot be made on public holidays and weekends.

If I’m not at home during delivery, can someone else receive my package?

In our address delivery option, your package can only be delivered to you and your immediate family members. Identification may be required, and the surname consistency is necessary. The person receiving the package at the delivery address will be asked to sign. If there is no one at the address, the courier will try to reach you again. They may leave a card for you to collect your package or to schedule a new delivery date. Packages returned to the branch must be collected within 3 business days. Otherwise, with the information of the sender, the package will be returned to the dispatching branch.
